I've had FS salesdroids
lie through their teeth to sell me the extended warranty... and never once have I been able to cash in on it without major hassle (particularly at the Coquitlam Center store, even back when it was on United Blvd).
Best Buy, on the other hand... they'll ask once if you want it, and if you say no, they let it go... and returns/exchanges there have always gone smoothly (at least at the Coquitlam Center store).
It's an amazing contrast for two stores, owned by the same company, situated literally across the street from each other.
