i even bought my SVS 5.0 system for like 1300 and i guarantee you it blows this set out of the water 10 fold, my center speaker alone handles 6 times this wattage.

Your center channel is ratted at 600 watts RMS? The Kefs are 100 watts RMS per speaker way more power than than most receivers will put out. Most are around 20 to 30 watts a channel all channels driven. Also Power handling specs on speakers don't mean much if you know what you are doing.
