Ya, I am trying to gain 5-10 lbs in the next couple months. I too have trouble gaining weight, Ive been hovering around 180 for a while now. I am trying to bulk up a bit, then plan on cutting the bf% before summer comes. Currently I am taking 2 scoops of SP250 pre workout, and 1 scoop of protein afterwards.
I am thinking of picking up some creatine monohydrate now if itll help.
For the past 2 months or so, Ive only seen about a 10% increase in lifting weight, how much gain did you see out of that 5 week program halogod?
