That's what I'm using. NCIX special $129 sale! Great headsets - I went from PC151 to this. I used to be into high-end headphones - Sennheiser HD600 + recable, Beyerdynamic DT770 woodied, etc. These sound quite good!

It's definitely worth it - sound quality improves quite a lot between the two. Also much better at isolation, and much more comfortable for long-term use because of the circumaural vs. supra-aural nature of the design. It's really good when you can get it for $129 on special.
