To be suspended how many games are determined by how many games player B is gone for.
Ie. B is out for 7 games, A should be susppended for 7 games.
B is out for half a season. A should be suspended for half a season.

I agree and disagree on this - yes, it's fair that if you do something against the rules and injure someone, you should be out as long as the other player is out for.
But how do you deal with career ending injuries? Concussions are the worst since you never know when you're fully recovered - if ever.
