Went with my parents to some place in Richmond called the Excelsior. I was told it may have been called Dynasty. Or D nasty - it still is. The interior is classic east side chinese restaurant. The soup we had was mainly vegetables and had flies. I'm serious. When we pointed it out to the waitress she told us they probably came from the vegetables. I don't even know what to say.
