you can get 23/24k CP in about a minute fighting the ochu. It's right by the mission where you got the 2x CP egg item thing. Run up on the cliff, jump down behind the ochu and get a free pre-emptive, own it up in a minute, run back a little (to the area with shade) then go up along the slope, jump down, repeat. are you sure its doable in the NA version?
pretty sure you can't get pre-emptive on ochus
