And for the Phoenix Claw lovers. "Fung Jow"

And the beef balls. "Ngow Yuun"

"Gai Laan" No Dim Sum meal is complete without this.

"Ham Suy Gok"

I forget what this is called. "Juu pah?" It's Pork Ribs.

And of Course.

"Haa Gow" Shrimp Dumpling

And "Siu Mai"

And Dessert?
Steamed Egg Cake. I forget what this is called in Chinese. My mom usually just orders it, or makes it at home.

"Daan Tat" Egg Tarts

And I think Sun Sui Wah has this only.
It's tofu Dessert. it comes in a wooden bucket thing and it comes FRESH.
