I've had that from time to time as well which sucks shit. It's that or get thrown on some brutal fucking team. It's not like I'm king awesome at the game but I'd like to play with people who actually try and complete the objectives. I keep getting stuck on teams where people aren't even trying to capture control points or don't defend the points on those maps.
It drives me insane when the enemy controls every single point and half my team is sitting on the outskirts of the map sniping.......... At that point I just do like that video a page back and keep shooting them in the face with the tracer gun it's more fun then getting shot over and over trying to capture or defend shit by myself.
