What's your favorite comfort food to make how do you do it?
Mac an Cheese is one of my favorite "comfort foods"
I make mine from scratch. None of that K Dee shit.
Half an onion half a garlic finely chopped 1/4 pack of bacon chopped all saute'd down with some spices.
Once cooked down I toss in a 1/2 stick of cream chease
Half a bag of macaroni boiled al dente.
Drain the macaroni mix in the bacon onion etc and toss in a couple raw eggs mix up good and then blend in the cheese. Leave some left to skin the top, toss in the oven at 425 for a few minutes to bake and mow down.
Goes great with more beer.
(I also make a great Miso udon from scratch when deerunk)
