It depends upon which Running Room you go to. The one in Burnaby is very knowledgable and helpful. There are plenty of other running stores, Rackets & Runners, Forerunners, Run Inn, Running Den, Kintec, Right Shoe, etc..
And yes, no need to get Nike's..just get the sleeve if you have another brand of shoe.
