if you're exchanging anything below $1k don't even bother going to VBE unless it's right across the street from you...
Just go to a bank. the difference in their commission is negligible..
you will only notice a significant difference if you xchange $5k and up...
unless you're really penny pinching.. but then think about the gas it will take to drive to VBE or similar...
