Actually funny thing about the losing muscle.. I dont know how it happened (maybe my body just felt comfortable carrying the extra muscle around) but I lost almost nothing in the year I took off. Now that I'm back at it I'm not far off my heaviest weight but I've got at least 5% less bodyfat on when I was at that heaviest weight.
I've just started messing around with the paleo diet so we will see how things go.
