Question About Protein
I just bought whey protein (mutant mass) and was wondering when is a good time to drink it. I know its great in the mornings. But the thing is after my workout (Kickboxing) it takes roughly 30 mins for me to get home. would it still be efffective if i drank it 30 mins after or does it have to be immediate. As well does anyone know anything about the protein Mutant mass if it is good or not? the GNC clerk told me it was good just want to hear your thoughts and past experiences with it
