I usually get a Veggie Sub with no mayo, whole grain..allll the veggies extra pickles, jalapenos, no cheese, no onion...just mustard...boring I know, but its better than smearing it with all that extra crap..
Subway can be healthy it just depends on your choice of toppings...
The shredded lettuce in the bag thing...id like to know how fresh that is as well...anyone here work at subway?
