After working at subway, I learned that it's not as "fresh" or "healthy" as it's made out to be. The veggies are stored semi-frozen in a large fridge. The only thing that's actually sliced in the back is the tomatoes. Meats are all processed and come pre-packaged (basically the same thing you get at the store). The cheese is essentially kraft single-esque. Not my idea of healthy.
