If you REALLY want to be healthy you shouldnt really be eating out. Managing your time and planning for the day makes it that you should never need to actually eat out.
On any given day I have enough food to last me the entire day and then I have snacking foods such as almonds with me.
I would personally go to McDonalds and throw away the bun over going to Subway though.
Most people have a slight allergy to grains so they really shouldnt be eating Subway in the first place... Our bodies just dont know how to properly digest them
