Most people have a slight allergy to grains so they really shouldnt be eating Subway in the first place... Our bodies just dont know how to properly digest them
just to add,
eating out is bad, but eating at home can be bad too if you dont make good choices at the supermarket.
if your meals come mostly from processed food from the inner aisles, you may as well be eating out.
