You don't need to be specific- Just the fact that you have to trade off of having to turn something off to do something else. If you have a hard time seeing the benefits of multitask, something's wrong with you =/
And plus, there will always be people who complain. If you're happy with the product, then that's good. I don't see why you have the need to convince everyone else that the product is awesome.

I don't see myself convincing anybody Apple is awesome. It's just fun to tease the Apple haters and some of the ridiculous things they complain about.
Case in point, Apple OS 4.0 isn't true multitasking - it allows for multiple Apps to remain open and they can be resumed exactly where you left off. But since it's not multitasking like Windows 7 is, all the haters are bitching about how "useless" OS 4.0 is when it comes to multitasking.
Bottom line is true multitasking is a useless feature to have on a phone. I mean, it's just a damn phone. It's not a laptop/desktop so why are people whining about lacking a feature that a desktop would have? Apples approach to "multitasking" makes far more sense on a phone than "true" multitasking.
