Don't like lack of Flash on iPhone - buy another phone that supports it. Pretty simple. It's only when there's no choice available to the consumer that this comes into play. For example, Explorer coming pre-loaded on Windows machines.

But unlike Microsoft Apple controls both the hardware and the software and the lawsuit is not about Apple having a monopoly.
