Depends on where the sales are.

Mostly Fairway Market because it's the closest and on my way home from work, but I don't get meat from them. They're usually the cheapest too.

Thrifty foods has some of the best quality produce of all the supermarket chains, and they try to get most of their product from local sources but they are also more expensive than others. I go there when I want to cook a special dinner.

Save-On-Foods is usally the middle of the road in terms of quality and price. They have good sales too.

I've never liked Superstore... I think their produce is garbage, everytime I've gone there it's always been in bad shape.
