I recommend you go with a DDR3 system (like the one above). DDR2 costs about the same, is slower, and is older technology. I think you will need to buy name brand RAM. OCZ is not as highly rated as G.Skill or Corsair. Stay away from OCZ Gold. The reviews are bad.
