yes you can, but at the end it will not be any usb connector to use, simply 2 wires with 1 positive and 1 negative.
like I say, if op can't even understand 2 x 5V 500ma in combination to 1A, I won't even tell you how to make 10V 500ma from serial 2 x 5v dc power to 10v dc.
