So I think my computer is due for replacing...sometimes when I turn it on, it shuts of by itself and won't turn on again unless I leave it alone for a few minutes. Also, it freezes frequently if running more than one application. For reference, it's a Athlon 3000 2.0 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 60 GB HD

Anyways, I need a budget computer to replace it. Mainly just to surf the net, listen to music, and watch videos. Very very rarely, occasional gaming. I found this on sale at bestbuy for $499. Will this suffice?

Any concerns with refurbed computers? The last time I owned a HP was about 10 years ago...after 2 years, the PS died and they wanted over $100 to replace it, and apparently only a HP PS would fit in it.

Any other suggestions for a budget desktop? Must be less than $600. Thanks!
