Wow.
So, naturally, after seeing that clip, I had to fly to Bali and try what Anthony Bourdain said to be the best roast pig he's ever had.
I wasn't dissapointed.
I was so happy to find the place...
Arrived at just the right time..
The skin was truly amazing.. crispier than a chip!
The Balinese spices and flavors were definitely the best. I'll never forget how it tasted.
Solid 10/10. Price for meal? 350,000 Indonesia Rupees... (about $3.50CAD).
Epic meal...

The place is soooo good. If you ever make a stop in Bali, be sure to try it.
