I did everything by the book as much as possible. And staying in your car if you are safe is the best bet. However, I did walk out later to survey the scene. Also, I gave him a very good face saving option to roll the dice! Besides, I'm a big guy and he's a little guy, so no I wasn't afraid of him at all. As a matter of fact, leaving your car to confront would escalate the situation to potentially physical. I wasn't there to beat him up, I just wanted to teach him a lesson. If it costs me time to enlighten a brother, so be it!

7seven: I really can't stand all these idiots who hit the gym now just because they watched 300 and want to be like a spartan. Case in point, this skinny guy comes into the gym the other day, must have only weighed ~ 140lbs, loads on 2 plates on the bench rack, mutters to himself, for sparta, unracks the barbell and proceeds to drop it directly on his chest.
