Um, no. All simple sugars, you'd get a sugar rush and crash shortly after.
Almonds would be the best bet, high in fiber and protein and good fats, leaves you feeling satiated longer.
Anything high in fiber or protein is good for keeping the feeling of hunger away. Cottage cheese is an option for a good source of protein.
