A new StarCraft 2 fan site, l2sc.net, is seeking talented writers with a passion for StarCraft 2. These will be freelance positions with immediate availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong English background and a thorough understanding and passion for all things StarCraft. Applicants must also meet several (not all) of the following criteria.

• StarCraft 2
o have played 40+ hours of the StarCraft 2 Multiplayer Beta (Beta access a plus but can be provided)
o have experience creating/modifying maps using the legacy StarCraft map Editor (Experience with the StarCraft 2 Map Editor a plus)
o ability to simplify complex game mechanics
o demonstrate a keen knowledge of all units, abilities, weaknesses and strengths
o summarize and detail the lore behind pivotal characters and plot lines (knowledge of lore from StarCraft novels a plus)
o demonstrate an active interest in Blizzard community (forums, fan sites & social media)

Bonus skills & experience:
• ability to crop, resize, edit and create related images using a image editor
• knowledge & understanding of Joomla CMS
• experience editing other writer contributions
• have Skype, TeamSpeak, or Ventrilo access
