eat all of your carbs pre and post workout. 1000 calories below maintenance.
if you want to have a serious cut go with 60% protein 30% fat 10% carbs.
if you want to just cut but can't handle not going so low on carbs (like me) go with 50% protein 25% carbs 25% fat.
don't count the carbs from veges.
30 mins of cardio (early morning empty stomach) keeping heart rate @ 130 is also good. 10g of bcaa's would/could help preserve muscle.
