Recently, it seems like my PSU's Fan is making a lot of excessive noise. Seems like a worn out bearing or something. I tried cleaning it with compressed air but it still makes excessive sound. Is it safe to replace it?

Anyway, I have an Antec Neo HE 550w PSU.
