yeah the main thing i saw was the way bigger amount of dedicated memory, but what threw me off was the memorcy clock and memory bandwidth

Memory Bandwidth 23.2GB/sec.
ATI:
Memory Clock : 800 MHz
Memory Bandwidth : 8 GB/sec
