PSU fan connectors could also be proprietary. If you're going to replace the fan be prepared to solder. Doesn't Antec Neo HE 550w carry a 5 year warranty?

I. Warranty Length
Antec products specifically receiving the AQ5 warranty, currently all TruePower Trio and Neo HE power supplies sold as new, are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase for parts and labor. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer.
