but without lava rocks, it means the temperature won't get very hot -__-.
btw, where do ppl dispose used charcoal after the bbq is done?
so far, I'm deciding between these grills:
Propane:
Weber Q 100 ($169.99 at Home Depot)
Charcoal
Weber Charcoal Smokey Joe ($44.99-$49.99)
but I think I have to buy a Chimney Starter and Charcoal Fuel Holders for the charcoal, so the prices are pretty even.
when i youtubed the weber Q 100, I could barely see any flames on the grill, so is the 8,500 BTU enough for chicken meat, and other tough meat?
sry for all the questions, but I only have till June 30th to get a grill. Afterwards, there will be the HST.
