Skinny body with fat stomach

Ok so I have a tall and skinny type of body (~5'9, 140lbs) but am noticing that my stomach is starting to protrude. I wanna keep it flat or at least less round but at the same time I don't want to lose too much weight (because I'm already underweight or close to it).

Any tips on exercises/diet that will help me tone my abs/stomach but not cause me to become even skinnier than I already am?

Right now I'm doing situps/crunches on a stability ball and jogging and hiking a lot with some moderate weight lifting. Trying to cut out late night snacking as well.
