i would skip the jogging/hiking. since you want to maintain/gain muscle tissue.
focus on anaerobic exercises. lift with intensity, not volume.

tabatas, sprints are good too.


sorry, you can't spot reduce. can't just do crunches and lose in belly.


list out what you eat on a daily basis. i'm gonna bet you eat like shit.
