You got the "Skinny Gut". I've started to notice that on myself as well.Lay off the sugary drinks (soda, Iced Caps), ice cream, chips, etc. Snack on almonds, pistachios instead. I'm no expert but I'm guessing eating more protein and reducing the carb intake might help?? Lifting weights, cardio, and various sit ups/crunches will help you get not only a flat stomach but 6 pack. In only 3 weeks of me trying to get rid of it, I've already noticed changes in my stomach. And because I'm lifting weights now, it's also helped the shoulders, chest, back, and arms department. My next problem is the chicken leg syndrome.
