just buy the following, its gonna do what you need to do.

don't need to listen to bs advice others are giving. you don't need liquid cooling for a quiet system. Im using the above setup at my office and running stock intel fan plus a cheaper coolermaster case, and I cant hear anything from it. so by upgrading the cpu heatsink plus a better case with sound insulation, its gonna be quiet enough already.
plus this system isnt too expensive anyways....
