well if u dont overclock, i'd just get 4 sticks of the cheapest kingston DDR3
no point of wasting money on those higher performing ram.
and you can go with the stock HSF first and see if its too loud, cuz within the P183 case, I doubt u'll hear anything, especially when its inside a cabinet.
