You put way too much trust into peoples titles. Just because the AHA calls themselves an "association" and they are cited a lot by the mass media, does not make them more of an authority than any other doctor. They are
the worst example you possibly could have used as an unbiased group. Their
sole purpose is to spread misinformation and propogate the myths that so many people are basing their lives on.
