PS3 portforwarding..need help

so im having troubles with my PSN...I'm NAT Type 3 and cant find any players on red dead redemption.

so i decided i will try to get nat 2 by portforwading.

i go on portforwarding.com...search my router (Trendnet TEW-652BRP) + PSN directions.
http://portforward.com/english/route...on_Network.htm

I already set up a static IP

i'm trying to add virtual servers for TCP(80,443,5223) and UDP(3478-3479,3658) ports

i get to the LAN Server line on the directions and it's empty...on my router page it wont let me add without it so i put it the static IP that i setup and it's giving me an error message Public Port Conflict.

can anyone help me out?

off-topic, but do I just port-forward Playstation Network or do i have to do it for specific games?
