well only because the ball was obviously going to go in, if it wasn't for the
handball.
Whereas penalty kicks are awarded already for just a foul inside the goal box
(whether or not it would have interfere with a direct goal or not)
But then again, who really misses on a penalty kick anyway, given the
situation in hand.

Some of those guys had shirts over their heads after their missed penalty kicks.
