Im only deadlifting 315lbs right now, but grip isnt even close to my failing point. I might give chalk a go when i start trying to up my deadlift again, but I refuse to use straps unless Im lifting like 450.
for those of you deadlifting 2 plate and using straps. Pick up a pair of 100lb dumbells and squeeze the fuck out of them. if you cant hang onto them for more than 30 seconds, your grip is that of a 12 year old girl, and you need to man up, not use straps. IMO

yea... so I really need to work on my grip cuz I just pulled off deadlifting 2 plates but I couldn't go more than like 3 reps w/o losing my grip. Any exercises I can do to increase my grip?
Now I feel like a lil girl FML.
