No one mentioned about the one near metrotown?
David Gray Park - 7480 McKay Avenue
It's a large off-leash park. Its fenced too. Usually see more medium size dogs than x-large and small sized dogs.
It's usually busy after 4pm on weekdays and it's really busy on Saturdays. Perfect place on sunny days.

I stole this from our local eskimo website that met up at David Gray Park.
