actually, i have never encountered this before. i am not sure if i read your post correctly.
do they
1. not post up prices in flyers (eg. prices not visible outside the store)?
or
2. not posting up prices in the store as well until u pay?
i think #1 is okay because small corner stores dont widely advertise anyways. H-mart can use the same argument. it just means it's costly for the customer to obtaon price information, thats all.
