Yeah I believe that restaurant may be Il Giardano. I've been lucky enough to have dinner there once and the food was probably the best I've had.
There are always sick cars parked there. Lamborghini's Bentley's Ferrari's etc. Just walk by in the evening and theres a great chance of seeing nice cars. I've walked by it several times while there were nice cars out front.
