It's mostly the soup that makes the difference.
If it was just meat and veggies, then fresh noodles vs frozen wouldn't make a difference at all right?

The more ">", the bigger the gap in quality.
As you can see, Ajisen is way down on my crap list.

Get the Shio Pork Cheek one. It's better than the miso, so much more complex and balanced.


There are 3 places on my list that I haven't gotten around to yet:
- Menya (Broadway @ Yukon)
- Kenzo (Kingsway @ Griffiths)
- Miki (Kingsway @ Royal Oak)

I heard menya was only okish, not great.
Can anybody comment on these?
