my friend who works at a decent(not as good as ebisu) sushi joint as a waiter makes 40-80 $ish a night. i forget if this is just 1 shit(5hour ish) or 2. but still lotsa money.
very possible at cactus, keg, and decent restaurant that white people frequent.
