I have a 23" Samsung PX2370 and I am really happy with it. The only thing I don't like is the stand. It looks GREAT, but is wobbly and squeaky.

It's not an IPS though, which you would want if you do more 'true colour' stuff like photo editing as opposed to needing a really fast refresh rate for gaming (this one is 2ms)

Remember it's a wide gamut monitor, so you are going to need to make sure Windows is using the right colour profile. The standard wide gamut one works fine for me, and I disable colour profiles in Photoshop and save as sRGB.
