Oh shiiiiiiiittttt this 1MR stuff is awesome, pushed me over the mini-plateau I hit recently. Had 3/4 scoop of the 1MR along with a teaspoon of Spirulina pre-workout.
PB my squat with 2 plates for 225lbs and deadlift at 215lbs (5x5 for both). My legs are going to be sore tomorrow, haven't had that feeling in awhile. I never felt that extra oomph to add that extra to my squat and DL until today.
