My GF works for Options BC (like Planned Parenthood) so she's in the know on all this.
India, China, and several other countries sized their condoms differently. The population is smaller on average, and usually everything is proportional, so condoms had to be smaller too. From what I remember a normal condom here is ~6" while in India, China, ... it is 5".
